If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Who Muah is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

Items must meet eligibility requirements outlined in that policy. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.
